Boys and Girls Hostel – Dinajpur

SHED Board is presently operating one boys’ hostel & one girl’s hostel in Dinajpur and one children’s village in Khulna under its education program.

Goal:

To provide a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centred environment for children in need. Our aim is to offer holistic care that encompasses Accommodation, Food, Education, Health, and Moral and Spiritual guidance. We strive to empower children to grow into confident, responsible, and compassionate individuals who can positively contribute to society.

Objectives:

Provide Safe Accommodation:

Our primary objective is to provide a safe and secure living environment for the children. We ensure that the hostel facilities meet all the necessary standards for comfort, hygiene, and safety. We aim to create a homely atmosphere where the girls feel loved, cared for, and supported.

Nutritious Food and Health:

We believe in the importance of physical well-being.Our objective is to provide balanced and nutritious meals that meet the children’s dietary requirements. We also prioritize their health by arranging regular medical check-ups, providing necessary healthcare support, and promoting a healthy lifestyle through physical activities and exercise.

Quality Education:

We are committed to providing quality education to the children in our care. Our objective is to ensure they receive a comprehensive education that includes both academic and practical skills development. We collaborate with local schools or provide in-house education programs to ensure the girls have access to formal education. Additionally, we encourage lifelong learning and skill-building opportunities that can enhance their prospects.

Moral and Spiritual Guidance:

As a Christian organization, we aim to nurture moral and spiritual growth. Our objective is to teach them Christian values, ethics, and principles. We provide regular devotional sessions, Bible studies, and mentorship programs to help them develop a personal relationship with God. We encourage them to live out these values in their daily lives and interactions with others.

Social Work and Community Engagement:
